        Today is a good cold day to make sausage. I have three Pork Butts and Venison. Should make about 20+ pounds. Using Legg's #10 blend

                Also read in the book to add powdered milk and cold water to grind before stuffing. Works great, adds flow to be void free, and supposed to enhance flavors

                      Did 25# of feral pork pan sausage yesterday using Legg #10 seasoning. It's hard to beat.
