Why can forgiveness be had when a man stays remarried in sin, according to scripture, but not for someone lives a life of a non birth gender?

I have not made a claim that they are unforgiven, it is more about an unrepentant heart. Jesus took care of the punishment of all sin. To appropriate that in our lives there needs to be repentance of or disobedience against sin.

It is more about fellowship after a person has experienced salvation.

The abuse of grace is never acceptable.
