UPS sucks

I hate this service. Every thing I have purchased online and had to use UPS has not arrived on time in the last year or more. Anywhere from a day late to more than a week late. One would think that with having the highest freight charges of any company they could at least be on time. I will never use them to ship anything from me to someone else again. Done! Over with!

Fact. I am in medical sale. I shipped a set for a surgery with medical emergency all over it. They lost it. Oh we can't find it. how do you lose a large shipping container with medical emergency all over. that might be important. Their customer service is terrible

Someone just recently posted that people suck. If people didn't suck, what then? We cannot rant unless something/someone sucks. It is the law of the universe.

I would rather use UPS than Fedex or USPS most of the time. I think it is a regional and driver specific thing.

Our usps is terrible, I am now personally delivering mail and packages to my neighbors that are delivered wrong to my house
Some bills are important to pay in a timely manner

Maybe it is location.

I order from Amazon almost weekly. If I order by maybe 5pm on Tuesday (any item that lists as “in stock”), I typically get it by Noon on Thursday
