Disc cooker meals. What is your favorite?

My favorite is home fries, onions, and smoked sausage. Wrap all that in Hot tortilla and cheese Simple yet satisfying.

Potatoes cubed , chopped onion, chopped jalapeno, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Wrap all of that in a warm tortilla with cheese and salsa verda. Good stuff.

Potatoes, bacon, eggs, japs and cheese... in a giant flour tortilla!! Added a little chorizo last time as well...mmmmmhhhmmmm...

Add some cabbage, Bell peppers and a couple diced Roma tomatoes and you have one heck of a one dish meal. Starting with bacon helps but just bacon grease will work if you don't have bacon. That's one of my favorites.

I like fajitas in my disc cooker too.

Ask txziggy, Shockvalue, keep, or first in last out.... 3 lbs of bacon, who knows how many eggs....equals HUGE gut ache but DANG good eats!!!
