Set up on the north side. Have heard a few faint shots off in the distance,but nothing close . Nothing seen here as of yet.Nice and cool and not too windy so it's not too bad.

Ended up seeing a total of 1 squirrel and a ton of birds. The other group in our unit seen 4 does with no shot.
The group in the unit across the road from ours ended up shooting a Nice 9 pt. late yesterday evening.
There was a 140 plus shot Sat evening and there was an even bigger buck yesterday morning along with some does and spikes that we actually seen at the check station. Great hunt, Great folks and a great time in the woods with the kiddo and the Chili supper they had for us was great too.

Oh Ok, I hunted 13 last year on an Antlerless/Spike Hunt. I got a Doe, watched a very nice 8 Point Buck for about 30 minutes and saw another Doe. Saw 2 Hogs, (Buddy got one) and a Bobcat and 6 Wild Turkeys.
