Rain gonna fill up the lake tonight! Really heavy! Tent is flooded. Guess gonna sleep in the truck. Picnic pavilion has a good wide roof, thank goodness!

The fish are biting and there's hogs to be kill-t. Gotta go!

How'd you end up TG? Any fishes sleeping with the humans?

We got a few JD. I got the baited hole set a little to early. But the oldest grandson caught his biggest. No monster by my standards. But he was extremely excited and happy. And that is all that counts. He had a good time. He ate almost a pound of Axis steaks .

I put the boat up for the summer this past weekend. Still got to winterize it (fog the motor). I don't fish the summers any more. I'll drag it back out come Sept to get it ready for the fall/winter/spring.

          Glad the grandson connected.

Yep. It's getting hot now. Almost time to go into hibernation.

W lake is sitting at 4.69 feet below normal.

A lake is sitting at 1.92 feet below normal.

PK has been slowly coming up. It caught and passed the W lake. And now sits at 3.46 feet below normal. It is also currently releasing 103 cfs. It's not much of a release. But at least it's something.

Grandbury is 1.52 feet below normal. And has been holding steady.

How is the AT&T cell signal on N. Aquilla/Hillsboro area?

I've never had a problem there. There are places on the upper end of Whitney and in the river that have spotty or weak service. I think it's mostly because being down in a river bottom with bluffs around, and the tower singles skip over in some places.

I'm just posting to make sure I still can. I really don't have anything to say, anything important at least, which is normal for me.

PK is about full. And is .04 feet low. Guess I can say it's full ? Releasing about 100 cfs.
Grandbury has also come up. And is 1.12 feet low.

The W lake is 4.56 feet low. Hope we continue to get some more run-off in the upper Brazos Valley region.

A lake has also come up. And sits at 1.14 feet low. One good rain could fill it back up.
