I've seen some (on youtube archery videos) where their hair stands up like a camel hump just on their backend like that. That's all I can think of, if it's not a tumor or something!

Actually saw a hunting show the other week that had a deer with a dislocated front shoulder. The front shoulder stuck up just like that. Looked freaky when he walked.
