Went to docs to treat a wart on my finger, then this happened….

Update: I go to the hand specialist Wednesday. I was hopeful that they could save my finger tip, but now I don’t think that’s a possibility. I’m pretty certain I’ll lose the majority of my figure tip.

The skin fell off exposing the dead tissue. Within a couple hours, it was hard as a rock.

Here’s what it looks like now:


A few days ago when it starting shedding:




Here’s part of the finger tip that’s completely dead:




No matter what happens, I still give God the glory. There’s plenty folks far off worse than I am.

Hoping I can be able to hunt this year.

Good thing is the rest of the finger will. Best to bite the bullet and go ahead and remove it at the joint above and let it heal on up

I have a wart on the tip of my right-hand pointer finger that came back a few months ago. I was telling the wife a few days ago, I should go in and get it freezed off.

Think I'm going to delay that for a bit.

At least most of the pad looks healthy so you should still have a functional trigger finger.
