    Kawasaki 3010

It uses twice as much gas as normal. No power missed bad anyone have any advice on what to check. carburetor not fuel injector

Sounds like carb flooding out. Before you do anything else check the oil for gas contamination. Crankcase could be full of gas.

Carburetor, stuck float, dirty fuel plugging up carb.

Also those fuel pumps have a pulse I believe...on and then off, repeat. If it has been replaced with a fuel pump that has continuous flow it can just send too much fuel to carb.

Rebuild the carb rather than replacing it.
Often times the passageways are not the correct size in the cheap carburetors you can buy online. If you are going to replace it, OEM only unless a Lectron is made for your model, then Lectron is better.
