    What is this pipe?

I’m looking at buying a house and there’s a 6” diameter PVC pipe coming out of the ground in front of the house. It has a vent cover. It goes in the ground and 90s towards the house. The house did recently have foundation work done. It appears some of the downspouts off the gutters do go into the ground and run somewhere.
    French drain vent?
    Some type of foundation vent?
Anyone have any experience with anything like this?

Almost looks like a sewer clean out.

Is the dryer in an interior part of the house (as in not on an exterior wall)? I have seen them pipe the dryer vent underground like that before.

Most likely a sewer clean out. Should have a different cap though

I bet is for a Jen Air stove top if your house has one. They have to vent that exhaust out of the house, and usually go under the slab.

There is a dryer vent on the exterior wall right behind the utility room.

I found the the clean out on the opposite side of the house and I can tell where it runs towards the road.

This is probably it. The gas stove top is on an island and in the middle of the kitchen. And this is the closest wall to the kitchen.

I believe you have it figured out. My neighbor has an island vent that looks like that.

I don't think a pipe that's full of water is going to vent out anything.
