Youth license question

Went online to purchase a license for my 12 yo son. It didn't allow me an option for the migratory bird stamp. Do you have to have it on a youth license?

Youth Hunting License
Type 169:$7
Valid for any person, resident or non-resident, under 17 years of age at the date of license purchase. Exempt from state stamp requirements, except for Reptile and Amphibian Stamp. License and state stamp exemptions remain valid for the entire license year.
