Traditional FSC Week 8

Recycled shot from last year.

First shot of the day for up to 5 days. Shots will be from 15y, 6y for kids or whatever distance is comfortable. Kneeling or sitting.

Draw or print a rabbit. Place a pin hole in target, no black dot, where you want shot placement. Feet of rabbit must be at ground level. Place some obstructions around the target.

Only shots on rabbit count. No line cutters, must be full arrow inside of lines. Measure edge of shaft to pin hole. Closest shot to pin hole on any given day, wins call. Tie breaker is first to post.

I forgot the obstacles.
DQ for Jr and I. I had Jr practice more than one shot.

I drew on a cottontail at GRXH but it scampered to distant cover.

I actually printed it, took it out and pinned it to the block target.
Then the ADD kicked in and I was doing other things. If it's still there tomorrow when I get home I'll try to shoot it.
Think I have the new bow dialed sorta in and half a half dozen shafts made up.

Well I crawled off the couch, went outside and picked up the crumpled and faded target. Drew my bow and shot a freshly built arrows at it. Release felt good. Arrow flight looked great.

But apparently I need to work on some things.
