Hoss and I are ready! Casey and I purchased ribs when they were on sale at HEB a couple of weeks ago (24 racks).

time to light this candle?

Michael

Do you have or need any of the following?

Yellow mustard
Prep table
Cutting board
Rub
Paper towels
Foil pans
Heavy foil
Trash bag
Seasoned wood
Charcoal

Be sure to place ribs frozen in a cooler the night before. (Sarcasm)

At David Harkins’ funeral Michael said he had shade so I’m leaving the silver canopy at home for the first time in 21 years.

I guess I need to find some tequila since Billy is coming. (Mild sarcasm)

Let’s do this thang!

I have all of the above, although I could use some more seasoned wood if anybody has some handy. I have a bit of pecan and can get plenty of Oak for heat.

It's a beautiful day in northern BC but we're not smoking ribs. Sure wish I was in BCS this morning. In for pics!

I ate three ribs as Michael sliced them. I grabbed the three big ones fresh off the pit. I stacked them on top of the fish and the crawfish. Then I had to sit down and let 'em settle a bit. They were excellent as always.
