BCAC introduces CASH payouts!

BCAC is introducing cash payouts for first, second and possibly 3rd places.
We will be utilizing a blind draw "team shoot" system for cash payouts at the end of each shooting line. This will be explained in a separate post.
Key points here - Shooters must be present at the draw to receive their payout. If neither shooter is present for the awards process, then the winnings will pass to the next team in line.
If only one shooter is present then he or she will receive the winnings and the second half of the winnings will be forfeited and donated to the Emma Hojnacki Scholarship fund.
In order to give people a timeline of what to expect, all scorecards must be turned in by 2PM. Cards not turned in by 2PM will not be eligible for the team shoot payout. The leadership team is confident that 4 hours is plenty of time to shoot a 30-target course, however, if the need arises, we reserve the right to adjust the timing.
This year, to respect the time of those who will be breaking down the course, we will begin picking up targets at 2:30PM each month. Again, we are confident that 4-4.5 hours is ample time to shoot 30-targets. We love to visit with our archery family, but we also have to respect those who are helping to take down the shoot.
