Heckuva deer good job staying on him congratulations. Do u have trail cams of him this year at all. Pretty educational pics to compare and see what 6-7 yr old deer look like in dec post rut.

Here is a pic of him 3 days ago. I showed a buddy who has extensive experience with aging deer. He thinks he was 5 or 6 back in 2018. That would make him 8 or 9 this year.

Most would guess 4-5 based on the 2021 pic. Sometimes its more important to have documented pic history with a particular deer as a better tool for aging. Great job getting him again congratulations
