    Worst landowner "rules"

Reading the 2019 lease finder thread had me thinking about landowner rules.

One of the ads said you couldnt bring firewood onto the ranch or take firewood off of the ranch. Guess its hard to just say no fires?

What are the worst rules you have heard from the landowner on your current lease or in the past?

              1.
Hunters must keep corn/milo mix in feeders year round (so his son's spring turkey day hunters can hunt over a food source we provide and pay for)
              2.
No night hunting with artificial light for predators in the off season (so his son can run night time varmint hunts with "his clients")

Had a old school guy many years ago that said “No does”. That was his management plan. I would have 15-20 slickjeads when my feeder went off. Sometimes a buck or two

Weird one. Maybe it’s because we have to much time off during the week to hunt.
                    Or a jealous cop! Lol.

Who wouldn’t want to lease to firefighters?

Have heard this one before due to oak wilt.

"Must notify landowner a day in advance before going to the lease". Red flag that he was running day hunts using our blinds and feeders.
