To be honest with you, you better just grab what you can while you can. I don't have a 43 but I have several other Glocks and have not had any issues with any extendos. Finding threaded barrels was pretty tough, but now have all my Glocks with shhhh devices.

Combatarmory.com has barrels pretty cheap as well. Got one on my 23 with no issues.

I like the Taran tacticals. The fact that they are aluminum, +2, and come with a replacement spring is really nice.

I have a +1 for my 43 and am just fine with it. Actually, I am just fine with the standard magazines as well.
