Here's an opinion that I'm sure will be unpopular. I think wild hogs taste better than whitetail. Hard to beat a pork shoulder in the crock pot..

I trapped one last night and shot one yesterday. Gave um both away to some needy folks we know. They are butchers so they take the whole hog. EZ for all parties involved.
