I don't really have a name for it, but it is simple, brought me back to my college days.
Take chicken tenders and season to your liking. I used Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan. Take seasoned tender, pickle spear, cheese stick, wrap in bacon. Smoke until Chicken reaches 165.
