Church recommendations Rockport -Portland

We are looking for places to visit in the area between Rockport to Portland. We are more seeking learning and not any particular denomination. We are looking for a relaxed place that has a teaching style. Anyone that has places to visit let me know. We are retired- but act young- we are both very casual but my wife fixes up nice and like to. So it is not strange for us to show up her in a dress and me in “nice” fishing attire.

Hi Glen,
My wife and I are long time members of 1st Baptist Rockport. Lots of young families here with plenty of us older folks to help out. Contemporary service and a separate traditional service with choir. Most importantly, our pastor preachers directly from scripture and doesn't pull punches. Stop by for a visit when you can!
