Once I figured out how much lump charcoal it needed, it held them really good. Next time will use some actual wood instead of the chunks.

Very pleased with the cave man cooker. Going to cook more chicken this weekend along with ribs. Can’t wait to try a brisket. I’ve seen people who have used Dutch oven in it to do biscuits and cobblers too. It’s more than just a smoker. Y’all check them out Amor Outdoors.
