I got a good friend selling a boat and wanted to know your thoughts on price and known issues with this boat.

2008 ZX20 (I think that's what he said)
136 hrs on engine
New Top and gel coat from Skeeter
New Tires
New Fenders
New double carpeted running boards
Hummingbird SOLIX front and dash
Skeeter covers

Guys a pro fisherman and this was his favorite boat he won. Fished it on a couple tourneys and put it in the garage. He uses free boats now, just never wanted to sell this boat.

I've never fished from a boat, just wondering if this would be a good beginners boat...

25K would be my top end on that boat assuming I had great answers to tsime questions.. It's a 12 years old boat, and I'd be curious to know why the top/gel coat, fenders, tires etc would need to be replaced if the boat only has 135hrs. My gut is telling me that its not garage kept and has spent much of its life outdoors under the sun. Sunlight and exposure to the elements are boat killers.
