Mouths on the radio were talking about the loss or lack of scholarships to incoming freshmen used on transfers from the portal. I caught the tail end so does anyone have any info on what they were talking about?

Is this in regard to Texas? They have taken more transfers than usual, but it shouldn't really effect the size of the next class too much. There has been attrition from some Herman guys as well.
