                    Typically you would have a piece of all thread going through a pole with nut and washer on one side and this would screw into the all thread on the other side. Not sure on the bolt either unless it was being used through angle iron or something similar.

                      Wire clamp. Possibly for grounding or tension.

                        It's an I beam clamp. Commonly used to hold runs of conduit o I beams in commercial buildings. Available at grainge in lots of sizes
