1lb ground pork 80-20
2lb Aoudad backstrap diced
1 large onion diced
2 cloves garlic diced
2 jalapeños seeded and diced fine
32 oz beef broth
19 oz red mild enchilada sauce
2 cans fire roasted diced tomatoes blended
4 packets of McCormick original chili seasoning

1oz fresh cilantro
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 15oz can black beans drained and rinsed
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp season salt

Needs more chili powder. Can tell by the color. Hope the seasonings kill the aoudad flavor!
