Tankless hot water heater! Awesome! 9' ceilings! Tile or wood floors throughout especially if you have pets. Large enough walk in shower with 2 shower heads, talk about nice!Comment

Whole house surge protection, generator connections/transfer switch, security prewire, plumbing loop for softener, variable speed 18SEER HVAC or greater, split water heaters (one close to master bath and one close to kitchen), R-38 insulation in attic.Comment
