South Texas storm tore up my yard.

My family and I were very fortunate that all we lost were a lot of trees and some minor damage to house and fences. Those of you all that have gone through hurricanes and tornadoes, I can’t even imagine what that must be like. All I know is “chain-sawing” is a young man’s game and I feel like I have been shot at and missed and sh$t at and hit. On the positive side, I have started to replenish my wood pile. God is good!

Every year I grab the chainsaw it's a bit tougher. Especially cutting up high. Wears me plumb out.

About 10-12 of these were knocked down as well.

I heard it was bad down there, makes me wonder what our place looks like in just north of Crystal City.

Wow I was watching that storm & was hoping it was a little south towards my place so I could get the much needed rain. Glad it missed me know.
Sorry for the damage it caused for you.

I'd rent a skid steer with a grapple bucket. You'd be happy that you did or just post up FREE Fired wood. Good to hear all is ok.

Good grief, those are some big trees damaged. Glad only trees and minor damage to house and fences, and family are all OK.

Wow glad everyone is ok and only minor damage to your home. I understand on the chain saw being a young mans game.

From what I heard 16. That’s from our company’s inspection crew. Hope everyone made through this and I’m sure those guys out there are doing their best to restore.
