Black Buoys (Fayette County Lake)

A guy I work with was out there yesterday, and he said there were a bunch of black buoys with yellow/orange construction type lights on them. Anyone know what they're for? Maybe marking a new power line?

Yes alots of Seismic Testing going on around Fayetteville,Roznov area the last couple of weeks.

Late response, but yeah, he said he did some research and found it was seismic testing.
