Dug it out the side of a pond ****. First thing i thought was an old tilling blade, but couldnt find any half circle blades?

Yep pretty common to find them split in half especially in rocky country. or if someone is notorious for turning with the disc in the ground...

Cool headed back out there to swoop it up for repurposing. Its in a residential neighborhood. But the depth i found it at it has to be really old.
