Guess we were both wrong! Rat it is.
He got into one of our wood duck boxes that had a hen laying eggs in it. It managed to get 2 eggs down before he made the ultimate sacrifice.

Just took a tooth out of my finger from one that got me a couple days ago.
Also, just found one on top of the cage I have my baby chicks in. 4 in 2 days.....little turds.
