How does Sika eat?

I am deciding whether or not to harvest this Sika. Have never had Sika meat but he is getting to be very protective of this feeder and needs to be dealt with… what says TBH on Sika?

They are good. I would shoot him sooner than later if you want to enjoy the meat. I think they are on par with elk and red stag.

He’s eaten enough corn… feel like I’m finishing out a steer. The rancher that owns our place said they were only fit for jerky, thus my inquiry to the green screen!
