    kings inn's?

    anyone have the recipe or a copycat version of king's inn's shrimp batter?

    2 parts bisquick
    1 part flour
    Enough beer of your choice to make the batter smooth to coat.

    Dip the shrimp, float it in 375° oil, pull it when golden.
    You are cooking the batter not the shrimp, the shrimp will be done for sure.
