    2022 Toyota Tundra Press Release

Looks like some leaked photos of the 2022 Toyota Tundra started to get out so Toyota went ahead and started a formal press release. Looked for a thread but didn't see one.

I'm hoping to get another 4+ years out of my 2014 GMC 1500 but maybe by then the used market will have come back down to earth and I can find a 2 year old one with low miles. Powertrain rumors and gas mileage estimates I've read have both been pretty sweet!

Guess Toyota still has not figured out how to fix ugly.

With the prices of new F-150s I am eagerly waiting for the specs on this. They seem to be a better value.

                  2022 Toyota Tundra Press Release

I might be in for one of these. Always been a Ford person but I like the Tundra also. They have just been out dated for so long. If it has some modern engine options with nice interior and technology I may get one. Would prefer the TRD Pro or something along those lines.

Plus I will still have my F250 diesel

Maybe it will come with extra catalytic converters.

The new Tundra is not going to be cheaper than any of the others. Toyota has always commanded higher prices on their trucks compared to their competition and this "all new" version will be no different.

BTW, we just bought my wife a new 2021 F150 Lariat 2 weeks ago and between our trade price and discount on the truck, we got what I considered to be a very good deal.

Looks like a Tundra/Chevy love child. Just hope it got the Chevy ugly and Toyota quality instead of the other way around.
