I'm breaking in a new cooker with a whole hog. 199 lbs it weighs! It hit the coals at 10:15 pm. Will be serving a community picnic that my family puts on every year at 5:00 pm tomorrow. I'm just hanging out at watching fire for the rest of the night.

I’ve smoked many a wild hog and it’s the best.

My Lang 48 came in Thursday night after ordering in January! Seasoned it Friday. First cook yesterday. Did 2 chickens, a turkey breast, a pork loin, and a tri tip. This thing is going to be fun to cook with!
