Key West, Recommendations

My wife and I had our 10 year wedding anniversary booked to go black bear hunting in Canada... But since the border has been closed and doesn’t look to be opening any time soon, we are thinking about booking a trip to Key West. Does anybody have recommendations on where to stay and fishing guides to book with? We will be going the first week of May.
