Quick trip things to do in dallas??

Menu changes at Urbano. Never had a bad meal there

At Jimmy's take home some cervalota (sp?) sausage. Their italian spicy is also very good. Lots of italian specialty items to consider. ie sauces, pasta., Deli items, wines, pizza dough, lasagna, meatballs, etc

For the life of me, I don't understand people. The man asked for things to do because he and his wife are staying there, and some of you are telling him to go elsewhere...no help whatsoever!

Wife and I are gonna be staying in dallas tomorrow! Looking for some recommendations on things to do?? Prefer to be out of the heat!! Any ideas?
