    Professional bull rider Amadeu Campos Silva died on Sunday from injuries sustained at a bull-riding event in Fresno, California, on Sunday.

    He was 22 years old.

    The Professional Bull Riders announced the news late Sunday, attributing his death to a "terrible wreck" during competition on the organization's Velocity Tour. He was transported from the Save Mart Center to Fresno's Community Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

    Such a dangerous unpredictable sport. So sorry this happened to him. Way too young. RIP.

                      Man, that's 2 young cowboys in the last 2 years we lost to this. Hate to hear it. These dudes are cowboy to the core.

                        Read that yesterday. Such a sad loss. Dangerous sport for sure, but the love of it out weighs the risks.
