I am looking for a place to take my father in law and son to shoot 1 Axis doe and 1 other animal like a javelina. (something generally not in East Tx). As well as relax and enjoy some different country scenery together. Something different from our usual East Tx pine tree lease.
Seems like all the ranches now in south and west,Tx are looking for big ticket large groups who stay a couple days and rack up thousands in animals?
Are they any places anyone can recommend that still welcome staying 1-2 nights and just taking 2 animals?

You might check the place Dean used to own (T - 4 Exotics). I never went but always heard great things.
