Default My Wild Kitchen - New Post - Jenny's Cream Corn

I still love canned cream corn, but this stuff is really good, too. Homemade Cream Corn.

I love it. And Jenny even makes it in the crock pot sometimes.

I take frozen whole kernel corn put on a big square of heavy duty foil add some butter and cream cheese along with a can of green chilies. Wrap up and indirect grill the package.

Cream corn is awesome. My wife makes it with Parmesan cheese instead of cream cheese and adds cayenne. Really liked the drunken dove recipe with this. I will try that in a couple weeks.

I know this is a old post but you just dump everything on the foil and then wrap it up (I guess in a bowl you could say) and toss it on the pit?
