Hello GS.
I am needing to have a meter can and weather head replaced down in Texas City. Anyone here that can pull the permit with the City's Inspectors office?
I have a licensed electrician (journeyman) that can perform the work if need be.

Your journeyman friend should be able to know someone to pull a permit for him for a fee to piggy back off of.

If you are the land / home owner you should be able to pull the permit yourself.

Too many little piggiebacks he claims, besides he mentions they are asking a hefty fee, in his opinion.
