Default Mount or fry, that is the question

I caught my PB crappie today. 15.5Ē and 2.3lbs. Should I have it mounted or should I submerge itís delicious flesh in hot grease?

Nice crappie. Ya got pics and weight. Put that sucker in some grease, cook up some fries and hush puppies, open a cold beer and hurt yourself.

I caught a 2.3lb crappie several years ago on lake palestine on a 10in power worm. No replica and no regrets. I say eat it.

Nice slab!

I just got finish catching 30+ and a couple were very large. This one next to my boot was the biggest. I wear a size 13 for reference.
