Iphone Problems - Can't Make or Receive Calls plus New Phone Questions

Well that didn't last long. Worked for 3 calls then in the middle of the 3rd the crickets came back.

I'm assuming iPhone? My daughters did the exact same thing, had to buy a new one. I'm convinced these jack asses send a virus to old phones during updates and force people to buy new phones.

It's a racket.

Yes, and I agree with you. I'm so frustrated.

You don’t have to buy a new phone. They sell models back to the XR or maybe a little older.

Also I would go to the Apple Store and request a new SIM card before I did anything else. Most of the time the workers at the AT&T stores are worthless because they are franchise stores. You could try to find a corporate store that is usually more helpful if you don’t have an Apple Store near you.
