"DFW Hunting" references

I'm looking for a self-guided day hunt property for spring turkey and ran across these guys out of Parker County - DFW Hunting & Outdoor Events - or dfwhunting.com

The website looks legitimate. Not a lot on their Facebook page. Has anyone here had any experience with them or recommend another place to DIY spring turkey? I'll go anywhere within 3 hours of DFW.

I messaged them and they got back right away. Seems ok to me, however, I have not hunted on their property yet but other reviews say it’s good.
