those are some high dollar creatures... if you can catch them take them to the flea market and buy some corn...

Catch them on the roost at night and shove them into a feed bag. Catch them alive

I have seen some "tame" ones that were aggressive as heck. Chased the kids when they got out of truck to open gates. Loud screeching too- annoys me, but some folks like that.

Did not read all the responses but they are easy to catch. At night they will roast like most birds if you don't mind climbing. You can also trap them with cattle panels. Start throwing out some horse and mule and they will start eating it fairly quick. Once they learn what time dinner is you can start throwing the feed further and further into the trap. After a couple of weeks you should be able to get them to go into the trap to eat and then you just walk up and close the gate. The had part is to catch them in the trap. It will only be about 4 foot tall so you have to stay ducked down the whole time.

            Good luck.

Once in awhile we'll mount one and sell it. People will pay a lot of money for a peacock.

Invasive. I would call TPWD ask them. May have to apply for a depredations permit. 22 mag or 12 gauge BB lead. Remington makes some or if your gun handles it 3 1/2 goose or Turkey load

Had a really nice male on our place recently
Thought I was tracking a gobbler in the muddy spots until I pulled the game cam
Later he came by the house one afternoon. Not sure where he came from.
No one around here has any with 3-4 miles.

On my old lease the gobblers would answer the peacocks loud calls
