Hutchin’s BBQ finally have their McKinney location back open. It has been closed since the fire in January. They have also hired John Mueller as pit master.

I heard he was at the Frisco location. If they moved him to the McKinney location, I'll definitely go back just for the show.

I watched that dude slap a fly with his brisket knife and go right back to cutting Q. Being he was a rather large fella I dared not question him and took my sammich with pleasure.

Salt lick

My wife and I went to a newer one next to some stadium around Austin area and it was terrible.

The Salt Lick at the Dell Diamond is a waste of money. Unlike the original it has no atmosphere at all and the food is well below average

The original is only fair……..but with. Great atmosphere

My brothers make some of the best brisket you can eat, but they are back yard cookers.
