Did a camo paint job on a shotgun several years ago. Now I want to re-do it. Getting paint off the wood should be fairly easy, but what will be the best way to get paint off the barrel and other metal parts? Thinner, stripper, ????? What do yall recommend ?

This is what I came to suggest. I would get some pure acetone and wrap it in paper towels soaked with acetone. Let it sit for 5 minutes maybe and the paint should just wipe off unless you did the best prep and paint job ever.Originally posted by hog_down View PostComment
