      We either bread/fry and then if you havent, try using cocktail sauce as a dip. Or i brine, then wrap in bacon and smoke them

        Smoked pheasant breasts. You can also put them on flatbread (after smoking).

        You can wrap in bacon for pheasant bites, but that just seemed like poppers to me.

        Got other recipes too as I went up to South Dakota this past year. Let me know if interested in any of them.
