Be sure to pre-freeze your empty trays before scooping your ice cream on them to keep the ice cream from melting before you finish filling up the tray. I'm looking forward to seeing your results!

I’ve heard blackberries don’t work out too well. I will probably be trying some soon. Please let us know how it goes.
