    On the Right Track?

Okay, so about 5-6 days ago I got my bow, Win&Win Black Elk in 40-pounds. I’ve been trying to shoot at least a dozen arrows a day to get back in the swing of traditional. Started at 7-yards for the first couple of days and now out to 15-yards. Whenever I’m in the garage I will go over and just shoot one arrow sometimes.

Top picture was this evening, bottom was yesterday going out to the truck.

      On the Right Track?

I would stay at 7 yds for a bit longer, and then when you do move back, just go to 10yds. Keep at it, and you’ll have that dead javi!!!!

And yes, in answer to your question, I’d say you’re on the right track.

        Looking good!

I'm with Bisch: Stay at 7-yds a while, focus on form, and get all your arrows in 3" circle before you move back. And when you move back, don't double your distance. That's too big a jump. Just add few yards.

Being as you appear to be in the city limits, please consider where that arrows going if you shank one. We all do from time to time.

          Good advice here.
Your left/right is looking great though. Which to me suggests your grip is good.
