    Haygrazer question

I know little about Haygrazer in round bails. What’s the good and bad about buying it?

Good stuff as long as it didn’t get to old/big stems, cows might waste a little more. Not recommended for horses, ours always ate it just fine next to the cattle. The bad is it’s usually pricey.

Have to watch out for Prussic Acid levels in Sudan/Grazer hay. Making sure it was put up right and not stressed prior to cutting (drought, freeze). It is usually non existent in dry hay as it depletes the acid levels by 75% but can be dangerous to graze pastures of sudan.

I was going to run it this winter and also use cubes for the extra protein needed.
